Refund Policy

At g-Force Pro LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality administrative support, consulting, and technical services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:
All payments for consulting services, administrative support, technical assistance, and document preparation are non-refundable once services have been initiated. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy sessions, business formation or compliance filings, loan packaging, financial document preparation, and grant or SBA application submissions.
Clients who prepay for service packages or pay a monthly retainer may request a prorated refund of unused hours only if the request is made in writing within 14 days of payment and no services have been rendered during that period. After 14 days, prepaid packages and retainers are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services within 90 days of the original payment date.
If a client cancels a scheduled session or service with at least 24 hours’ notice, the session may be rescheduled or credited for future use. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or credit issued.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 5 business days of service delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, or re-performance of the service to ensure satisfaction.
Refund disputes must be submitted in writing to admin@gforceprollc.com. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
